COVID-19
Assignment: UN had a call for designers based on the topic of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Restrictions: Must include the information provided on topic of choosing and convey the information in a positive and helpful light
This design is centered around the topic of safe social distancing and gives helpful tips and pointers on how to avoid catching or spreading the sickness. I decided to create a character out of the virus. This choice makes it friendly and approachable to all ages. I feel the decision to do this also takes the fearful edge out of learning about COVID-19. I chose blue for a similar reason. Blue is a cool and calming color as well as being soothing to the eyes.
